Registration is next week.

I spent the whole day yesterday with the Psychedelics, planning our projects for the first semester and preparing for registration next week.  This registration will probably be the last time we enlist our subjects manually, since they (whoever is in charge of student enrollment) are hell-bent on implementing real-time enlistment come second sem. Which fucking sucks, because everyone I know really hated real-time enlistment. They can’t even get the damn server to withstand the influx of users without crashing down on its ass. That also means we’re probably the last batch of registration assistants for the Psych department, and the last time I will get first dibs on the classes I need and the last time someone else is going to enroll for me. Oh well.
I have to make a couple of publicity materials for the Psychedelics by Tuesday. I tried to start doing it yesterday when I got home, but I couldn’t make anything nice so I decided to sleep on it. But when I woke up, I watched a movie instead. Ha ha. I’ll do that later, then.
Hmm. I’m sleepy. I’ll blog later, I guess.

I thinl registering by phone is the worst though. Having to go through all that automated crap and listening for your options.
I hated having to do that. My school had it mapped out so last names A-H went one day, etc. but they went in reverse alphabetical order. Which means, that I was often paranoid I wouldn’t get the clases I want since my last name started with a B before I got married.
Anyway! I hope you get all the classes you need/want. And I hope you get some inspiration/motivation to get those publicity materials done!
